Neptune Logistics Group was established in 2005, and its predecessor was the Neptune Shipping Team established in 2002. Headquartered in Shenzhen, the group is a practitioner of China's "Belt and Road" Initiative. Neptune Logistics is not only one of the early container carriers engaged in China Railway Express transportation, but also the well-known international multimodal transportation company in China, and has passed the ISO 9001 2015 quality system certification. 

Neptune Logistics takes the CR Express as its core business and mainly provides round-trip international train services from China (and transit through China) to Europe, Russia, Central Asia and Southeast Asia, and launches truck flight services and sea-rail combined transport as its star products. It can also provide customers with Multi-faceted import and export logistics services such as sea transportation, air transportation, cross-border e-commerce logistics, engineering projects, warehousing, customs clearance and supply chain management.
